The main shaft is made of forged CrMo alloy, which is precision machined after heat treatment and quenching, to ensure its maximum working strength. Bearings, oil seals, etc. are all from well-known brands, and the connection between the shaft and the reducer is made with standard splines to ensure smooth and reliable transmission.
The blade is made of forged 9SiCr high alloy tool steel, which undergoes multiple processing steps such as quenching, multiple tempering, and precision cutting. The blade material is durable, and the structure or material of the blade can be specially designed or adjusted according to the customer's requirements for shredding materials, in order to more effectively meet the shredding needs of different customers.
The shredding chamber is welded with thickened steel plates, and after welding, it is processed as a whole after stress relief treatment, which is solid and durable.
The safety factor of the reducer is above 2.0, ensuring stable operation of the reducer under various working conditions.
