PVC High Speed Mixer Machine unit is used for the batching, mixing, drying, coloring and other processes of various plastics, such as PVC pipe profile production raw material mixing, also for raw material mixing preparation of color masterbatch production, PVC modified granulation and wood-plastic compounding granulation.
The hot mixer has the function of self-friction and electric heating, the lid is sealed with two channels, pneumatic control open&close.
The paddle has been treated with dynamic balance, Part of paddle and mixer body contact with raw material are made of 304 stainless steel, with mirror polished. Except the traditional screw feeding mode, the feeding system can also be equipped with vacuum feeding system as customized demand .
