Label inhaling machine/Zig zag airflow separator is used to separate small impurities further (such as label chips, paper chips, dust ) after dewatering and drying, and further purify PET flakes .Make use of he principle of airflow and specific gravity to separate the light materials such as powder and label in plastic flakes. By the action of gravity, the PET bottle flakes freely move down along the staggered Z-shaped guide groove.
There is a suction port at the turning point of the Z-shaped guide groove. The centrifugal fan installed at the top of the device generates upward suction to suck the powder and residual labels from the PET bottle flakes. The suction volume is adjustable according to the actual situation flexibly to adapt to different type materials.
