High Seed Friction Washing Machine is an important equipment in the plastic washing recycling line, it is suitable for the dewatering and cleaning of film scraps and rigid plastic flakes.
The high speed friction washer separates particles and water through the screen through the centrifugal force generated by highspeed rotation, and the plastic flakes are further cleaned by friction. Both the blades and the screen are made of stainless steel, the bearing pedestal is specially designed ,with water cooling, the blades and shaft are dynamically balanced. It may be equipping with screen self-cleaning system as customized.
