The high capacity expanded polystyrene foam (EPS) recycling line consists of a crusher, a storage tank and a compression or hot-melt machine. It can also be equipped with belt conveyor to feed foam into crusher. The blade design of the crusher can be made according to customer requirements and based on material properties, density .
After the foam is broken into small pieces, the fan will pump the material into the large silo for storage, and then enter the cold press machine or hot melt machine. The cold press adopts the screw compression method, and the hot melt machine uses ceramic heater to heat the material to melt. , temperature of each zone is independently controlled, temperature control is more accurate. the length of the cold compressed block and the melt ignots are adjustable.
