Plastic pipe winding machine is mainly suitable for PE pipes, soft PVC pipes, corrugated pipes and other small hoses. It is used online simultaneously with pipe extrusion line, convenient for packaging and transportation of pipes.
It has single station and double station, the double station winder can use two sets of electromagnetic clutches to alternately work on the two reels without stopping , and discharge during the intermittent time to ensure production line continuity working.
It is equipped with fully thread distributor,thread distributor can adjust the wire spacing at any time according to the size of the pipe diameter, so that the pipe is evenly arranged and the coil is neatly wound.
The rewinding reel of the rewinding machine adopts pneumatic way to open and close, the motor is torque motor, which can ensure that the tension and the winding speed are constant during the rewinding process.
