PPR Pipe Extrusion Line is mainly used for the production of PPR hot and cold water pipes. The production line is composed of extruder, mold, vacuum setting tank, spray cooling tank, tractor, cutting machine, stacoker, etc.
The extruder and traction machine adopt frequency speed regulation, the cutting machine adopts chipless cutting method, and the cutting machine adopts PLC control, fixed-length cutting, and the cutting surface is smooth and free of burrs.
