HDPE Pipe Extrusion Line is mainly used in the production of agricultural water supply and drainage, construction and drainage, and engineering cable laying. The production line is composed of extruder ,mold ,vacuum forming tank, spray cooling tank, tractor, cutting machine, turning frame, etc.
The extruder and tractor adopt frequency conversion speed regulation. According to the pipe specifications, the hauling machine has two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, eight-claw, ten-claw and other hauling modes. The cutter can choose saw blade cutting, chipless cutting, or planetary cutting. The cutting machine adopts PLC control may reach fixed length cutting. For 16-110mm pipe customers, manufacturer usually choose a winder/coiling machine to pack the pipe.
