The GLHC series plastic crusher is a heavy-duty crusher with wider applicability and stronger crushing capacity. It is suitable for crushing and recycling plastic products of various materials and shapes, such as large plastic barrels, baskets, household appliance shells, automobile bumpers and other common waste plastics.
The processing technology is mature, and important parts such as the box body and the tool holder are processed as a whole.
There are multiple safety protection devices to ensure safe operation. In order to meet the crushing needs of different customers and materials, we have different tool holders and blade designs. Customers can be equipped with belt conveyors or air conveying systems and storage bins according to actual needs.

Main shaft and blade adapter adopt high-strength welded steel structure, usually adopts a V-shaped design to increase chip force and crushing performance, we also can adopt the most suitable blades design according to different materials and customized demand. Main shaft &adapter is processed dynamic balancing treatment as entirety. The main shaft &blade adapter and crushing chamber of Greenlandplast crusher are treated with standard heat treatment to ensure sufficient strength.
The bearing block is installed outside the crushing chamber, effectively prevent particles of crushed material in the crushing chamber entering into bearing house, Improve the lifespan of bearings. There are sealing grooves designed between the upper and lower boxes, as well as between the spindle and the box, to prevent material leakage..
Upper and under crushing chamber, screen bracket’s opening and closing are hydraulic controlled automatically. Facilitate blade replacement, screen disassemble, crushing chamber inside clean regular machine maintenance,
