Plastic Flakes Dewatering Machine: The moisture content of plastic falkes is an important quality indicator for plastic washing recycling. The efficiency of mechanical dehydration directly affects the quality of the plastic pellets quality in pelletizing process.

The plastic flakes continuously enter into inner of the dehydrator from the feed port, driven by the high-speed rotating rotor to make centrifugal movement , moving forward by rotator paddles, the water are thrown out from the sieve holes ,outlet holes in the lower part of the dehydrator are collected and flowed out. The horizontal dehydrator has strong dehydration capacity, suitable for both soft and rigid plastic flakes, while the vertical dehydrator is suitable for rigid plastic flakes.
