Lables Remover is used for solving the diffculty of how to remove the PVC labels and caps from PET bottles in PET bottle recycling process. During PET bottles pass label remover working chamber process, the labels are removed by rotor blades and stator blades, and then label blowing system will completely separate the labels by adjustable wind-force and gravity difference from bottles,labels no longer attached to bottles.

Label remover not only may remove PVC labels, but also can remove HDPE caps&neck rings, recyclers will not need to remove the labels manually by this label remover, it can improve working efficiency, reduce the labor cost .Greenlandplast machinery has developed two types label remover ( dry and wet type) for customers to choose from,the wet type label remover machine can make a pre-cleaning for waste bottles with high sediment content!
