This PET bottle recycling line is mainly used to recycle waste PET bottles to make PET flakes ,mainly inclue de-baling machine, conveyor belt, label remover, sorting system,crushing, floating washing tank, hot washing tank, frication washing, dewatering &hot air drying system, label separator a,with the above machines and process can easily to remove the labels, caps, rings, glue, dirties and other impurities, finally you will produce to clean PET flakes。It can reach achieve request of “”Bottle to Bottle”” ,””Bottle to Fiber product””

Break compressed PET bottle bales ,lower labor cost and improve working effectiveness
Remove label ,caps，neck-rings,get rid of non-PET part effectively ,max can reach 95-98% ,according to customers' choice and bottles conditions ,there are dry type and wet type label removing options
Crush PET bottles, SKD material blade,can work with water，make PET flakes cleaner
Electricity heating or steam heating,automatical temperature controlling system ,may add NaOH or other detergent,can remove PET flakes glue and oil
Washing PET flakes ,at the same time ,separate and remove PVC labels and HDPE cap chips
High speed rotation dewatering,there are horizontal dewatering and vertical dewatering machine optionals,in big capacity line ,horizontal dewatering is better
Remove the remaining labels with different specific gravity of the PET flakes and label flakes
